This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) details our policy with respect to the information we collect when you use the Services.

Information We Collect

Personal Information

When you use the Services, we may collect data from you that allows a data user to specifically identify you (“Personal Information”).  For example, when you purchase products from our Site, contact us, or participate in a survey, we may collect a variety of Personal Information, including your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, contact preferences, and credit card information.  Our collection of such Personal Information is subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy, and you acknowledge and consent to the fact that such Personal Information may be transferred to our offices and servers, and those of any Authorized Third Parties (defined below).

Non-Personal Information

When you use the Services, we may receive and store data from you that does not, on its own, allow a data user to specifically identify you (“Non-Personal Information”).  For example, we may collect information such as the unique device identifier, referrer URL, location, and time zone where the Services are being used.  We may use this Non-Personal Information and pool it with other Non-Personal Information to, for example, identify the number of visitors to our Site, and the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers.

Cookies

To provide the Services, we may make use of “cookies.”  Cookies are a technology that facilitate the exchange of certain data between your computer and our server.  They allow us to add functionality to the Services and analyze use of the Services more accurately.  For example, our Site may set a cookie on your browser that allows you to access the Services without reentering a password more than once during a visit to the Site, or remember the items that are in your shopping cart.  Whenever we use cookies, we do not collect Personal Information without your permission.  Your web browser may allow you to receive notifications when you receive a new cookie, or prevent websites you visit from setting cookies.  For best use of the Services, we recommend that you permit your browser to receive cookies.

Our Use of Personal Information and Non-Personal Information

We use your Personal Information for a variety of purposes related to the Services.  If you provide us with Personal Information for a specific reason, we may use the Personal Information in connection with that specific reason.  For example, if you contact us for technical assistance, we will use the Personal Information you provide to resolve the issue or answer your question.  In addition, if you provide us with Personal Information to gain access to the Services, we will use your Personal Information to allow you access to and monitor your use of the Services.

We also may use your Personal Information and any Non-Personal Information we collect to help us improve the content and functionality of the Services, and to better understand who uses the Services.  Further, we may use Personal Information to contact you in the future to inform you of new products and services we believe will be of interest to you.  If we do so, any marketing communication we send you will contain instructions that allow you to “opt-out” of receiving such communications.  In addition, you may contact us at any time and ask to have your name deleted from our mailing list so that you will no longer receive marketing communications.

If we intend on using Personal Information in any manner that is not consistent with this Privacy Policy, you will be informed of such anticipated use prior to or at the time Personal Information is collected.

Our Disclosure of Your Personal Information and Other Non-Personal Information

My Dog Camp is in business to provide training and the Services, not to sell your information.  There are, however, certain situations in which we may share your Personal Information with certain third parties without further notice to you, as detailed below.  You may choose to visit the Site or interact with us without providing us Personal Information.  If you choose not to provide us Personal Information, however, you may not be able to use certain Services.
